Members and friends.. The board is in the process of trying to figure out a lot of things right now… Even if the VA lock down is lifted in June, Ascension is not allowing any meetings until September. So the next few meetings will be cancelled. Any changes, we will let everyone know.
Also, we are going to have to do our elections by mail somehow. (THAT is another reason to pay your dues — so you can vote!!!) The Honor Guard fundraisers we had in the pipe line for this spring & summer are going to have to be postponed. Please be patient as we try to sort all of this out. If you have suggestions for us, feel free to PM any of us or to email them to IAS.Tidewater@gmail.com.

Newsletter… I would like to apologize on behalf of myself, Lynnette and Lori (our newsletter editor) for the tardiness of this month’s newsletter. It is mostly my fault – I have been teaching my full-time and part-time jobs completely online from home during the lock down, and I am still struggling to get into some sort of rhythm with this. I haven’t been able to wrap up my last 2 remaining articles yet, but I will try to do so asap. Lori also had a HUGE job to go through all of the fantastic pix from the EMERALD BALL to do the collages.
