OFFICIAL PARADE CANCELLATION – The St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Ocean View, Norfolk scheduled for Saturday, March 14th is OFFICIALLY cancelled due to concerns of the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). I know we’re all disappointed, but HEALTH & SAFETY must come first. FYI, the Church Hill Irish Festival in RVA scheduled for next weekend has officially been POSTPONED. They do have a small parade, so let’s get our IAS 2020 Princesses up there for that when it’s rescheduled!
